Meet the Founder
I'm Coach Green. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I earned my national accreditation as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Over the past decade, I've dedicated more than 7,000 hours specializing in Balance Exercise Programming, Senior Fitness, and Fall-Risk Prevention in both one-on-one and class settings. Through that experience, I've found the methods that work and get results safely.
